Primecargoco shall not be responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the customer.
3. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Customers must not use Primecargoco services to transport goods that are illegal, dangerous, or prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Explosives and dangerous materials
- Unlawful weapons
- Stolen or illegally obtained goods
- Counterfeit goods
- Hazardous substances
- Perishable goods without prior approval
- Items prohibited by applicable Nigerian law or destination-country regulations
Primecargoco reserves the right to refuse, inspect, hold, return, or report a shipment where there is reasonable concern that it contains prohibited or restricted items.
4. Packaging and Shipment Condition
Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods are appropriately packaged for transportation.
Packages should be securely sealed and sufficiently protected against normal handling and transportation conditions.
Primecargoco may decline to accept a package that is inadequately packaged, unsafe, leaking, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for transportation.
Where Primecargoco provides packaging services, additional charges may apply.
5. Delivery Times
Primecargoco will make reasonable efforts to deliver shipments within the estimated delivery timeframe provided to the customer.
However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Traffic congestion
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Security concerns
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Customs or regulatory delays
- Incorrect address or recipient information
- Recipient unavailability
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Such circumstances may result in delays without creating an automatic entitlement to compensation.
6. Delivery Attempts
Primecargoco may make reasonable delivery attempts using the contact and address information provided by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, or another issue prevents delivery, additional delivery attempts or storage charges may apply.
Where applicable, the customer may be contacted to arrange another delivery attempt or collection.
7. Shipping Charges and Payment
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the requested services.
Shipping charges may be calculated based on factors including:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery distance
- Delivery location
- Service type
- Number of packages
- Special handling requirements
- Additional services requested
Any additional charges must be paid according to the payment terms communicated by Primecargoco.
Primecargoco reserves the right to suspend or decline services where applicable charges remain unpaid.
8. Cancellation and Changes
Customers may request cancellation or modification of a shipment before dispatch, subject to the applicable service conditions.
Once a shipment has been collected, dispatched, or entered into the delivery process, cancellation or modification may be subject to additional charges.
Any refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund and cancellation terms communicated by Primecargoco.
9. Loss or Damage

Customers should report any apparent damage, shortage, or loss as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or discovery.
